Esalen Massage + Sound Healing ~~~ 90 minutes / $50 to 150

Mindful, presence-centered touch… more than just a massage, it is a meditative journey for both client and practitioner.

The use of long, flowing strokes, deliberate pacing, and thoughtful pauses promotes deep relaxation and embodiment. Techniques such as rocking, stretching, passive joint movements, deep tissue, energy work, and sound healing are woven together to create a seamless flow of movement. The result is a harmonious, holistic journey of connection to oneself that cultivates both physical and energetic awareness, allowing the massage to have an impact deeply within the hidden wells of your being.

The session starts with a little bit of tuning fork therapy to help quiet the mind, followed by the massage, and ending with a crystal bowl sound bath.

Reiki + Sound Healing ~~~ 75 minutes / $35 to 100

For those who prefer a gentler, hands-off approach…. a blend of reiki energy work with the harmonizing effects of tibetan + crystal singing bowls and tuning fork therapy. Deeply restorative for the nervous system, the vibrations stimulate blood flow, target areas of pain or tightness for release, clear mental fog and anxiety, enhance sleep quality, and promote an overall deeper sense of clarity and well-being. The session typically starts with tuning forks to quiet the mind, followed by reiki energy work and ending with a crystal bowl sound bath.

Sliding Scale Self-Assessment

I use a sliding scale payment structure based on the Green Bottle Method created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk. It’s a model built on trust, equity, and collective care, ensuring people get the support and care they need without draining their already-limited reserves.

Imagine a bottle filled with your resources—money, time, energy, and stability. Some people have full bottles, consistently replenished, while others have bottles that are half-empty, cracked, or leaking due to systemic barriers, personal hardships, or financial strain.

For individual sessions, please refer to the graphic below to determine where you land on the sliding scale (click on it for an expanded view). Group sound bath sessions are set at a fixed price per person.

Payment Method

I am currently only accepting cash: via actual hard cash or Venmo @hiddenwells. I am also open to trade if our needs align.

Payment can be made in advance or upon arrival.

Cancellations

I will only be offering a few sessions per week, so please do your best to cancel as far in advance as possible to make that time slot available to others (at very minimum 24 hours).

There are no cancellation fees.

Group Crystal Bowl Sound Bath ~~~ 75 minutes / $25 per person

Sound therapy is based on the concept that everything in the universe is in a constant vibrational state. The incredibly soothing effects of crystal singing bowls entrain brainwaves, meaning the brain’s electrical activity will synchronize with the vibrations of the bowls. A single bowl emits a monaural beat in a single tone. However, when two or more crystal singing bowls are used, they emit different pitches (binaural beats) responsible for creating alpha or theta brainwave states.

Benefits include but are not limited to: activating the parasympathetic nervous system to encourage deep relaxation, stress reduction, mental clarity, emotional release, normalized blood pressure, improved sleep quality, boosted immunity, and for some even pain relief or altered states of consciousness.

I am primarily interested in offering sound bath experiences in spaces such as hospice centers, at births and neonatal intensive care units, bipoc community spaces, senior living centers, veteran’s hospitals, prisons, mental health clinics, and ambient music events.

Minimum of five people in attendance in order to book this offering. Please email inquires directly to me, and be sure to include the location, date and time you are requesting.

a safe environment

I have chosen to work from my home for several reasons, the most important being the sense of calm and safety created in my own environment. I feel that massage experienced in public settings lacks the intimacy, warmth, sacredness and spaciousness of time that I aim to foster in my work.

To keep this work safe for everyone involved, I ask that you only pass on my booking link to people that you personally know and trust. It is important to me that there is a direct thread of connection between everyone I encounter on this healing journey.

The exact address in North Asheville will be provided after we have had a chance to connect. Please send a message via the contact form to have any questions answered and for next steps.

This is an inclusive space.

I first discovered my innate healing touch while living and working at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. From there, I became a certified practitioner and furthered my studies of massage with practitioners in Bali, as well as a trauma-informed approach at Still Point Wellness in Asheville.

While developing my own practice, it quickly became apparent that I was intuitively offering energy work alongside physical massage. I received my reiki attunement (level one), and also completed a certified course in sound healing. I work primarily with tuning forks and singing bowls, both on and off of the body according to your needs and comfort level.

I have spent the majority of my adult life practicing yoga and meditation in many forms. Offering massage is a meditation practice for me. Through caring for others, I take care of myself. The reciprocity of this work is unlike anything I have encountered, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be of service in this way.

~~ Natalie
